Since pigs and piglets are smart and very social animals, they've found a new place in popular film and literary culture.
Langfords has a range of heavy quality pig and piglet models which are cast in sterling silver using the traditional, centuries-old technique of lost wax casting where molten silver is poured into a mould that has been created by means of a wax model. Once the silver has solidified, the wax model is melted and drained away. Each of our models is then individually hand chased to produce the lifelike effect seen in the finished piece.
