Simple 1930s sterling silver biscuit box with a pull-off cover surmounted by a comfortable bun-shaped finial. The box's simplicity is gently enhanced with applied reed & ribbon pattern silver borders to the rim and base.
With a plain body, this lovely silver box could provide the canvas for engraving images, words or decoration of you choosing, making it entirely personal.
Although its original use was as a biscuit box, you needn't confine it to biscuits. We have repurposed some for a range alternative uses: loose tea, teabags, dog treats, snacks, sweets, nuts, cotton wool balls, dressing table accessories.
