Pair of class antique silver wine bottle or decanter coasters made at the beginning of the 19th century. The sides are crisply hand pierced and hand engraved with a classic grape & vine pattern, while the rims feature applied gadroon pattern mounts. The original wood bases each feature a central silver button or boss, engraved with an as yet unidentified family crest.
