Realistic pair of courting pheasants, cast in 835 silver and well detailed to give a realistic and lively finish. They are in the classic pose of a strutting male and outstretched wings for the female and the feathering and features are hand-chased.

These models were made for the dining table, both as attractive decorations and interesting conversation pieces. They represented the interests of the hosts, and hopefully their guests, specifically shooting and the meal they are about to eat and these two are lovely quality examples of the genre and ideal for a family size table.
