Fine Victorian one-date-and-maker service of silver King's pattern cutlery for 12 settings. All pieces were made by Joseph & Albert Savory of London in 1844.

A popular English pattern, King's pattern features the honeysuckle flowers and shell motifs. Credited to the silversmithing brothers John and Henry Lias, the pattern dates from around 1820 and was heavily influenced by the decor and ornamentation of the period.
