Classic silver cup and cover in the George II style, circa 1730. This particular piece is of a particularly heavy gauge of silver and would make an excellent and durable trophy. The cup is fitted with two c-shaped handles with acanthus leaf thumb-pieces and scroll mounts, typical of the era on which it is based.
