Pair of fine George III silver candlesticks made by the celebrated silversmith, John Schofield, one of the prominent silversmiths working in London at the end of the 18th century. This pair of antique candlesticks are cast in silver with elegant fluted and gadroon decorations with each piece hallmarked with the one date and maker. The sconces are removable for ease of cleaning.
