A wonderful quality silver cigar box in the style of a Charles II casket that would have been familiar in the late 17th century. Oblong in form with cut-corners and moulded borders, this fine silver cigar box has a stepped and domed lid surmounted by a cast, hinged handle and hinged clasp. The interior is lined with cedarwood in the traditional manner.
This handsome silver piece would serve equally well as a desk box or presentation piece.
