Mid-Victorian, antique wine jug with a hand blown glass body, engraved with miniature starbursts, and fitted with decorative silver mounts. The sterling silver collar, foot and cover are hand chased with foliage and floral decoration and finished with crisp bead pattern borders. The c-shaped scroll handle is comfortable to hold and the jug pours well.
