Beautifully executed silver presentation model of a racing mare and her foal, cast and finely hand chased. This graceful centrepiece exemplifies the model maker's skill. The piece is mounted on an ebonised wood base and surmounted by a silver mound chased to resemble grass. There is a blank rectangular plaque suitable for engraving.
