A most impressive antique, pierced silver fruit bowl entirely hand constructed and the largest example of this style we have seen. The bowl and base have been raised from single circles of silver, the patterns were then drawn on by the artist before the pattern was fretted (pierced out) by hand.
The hand-pierced flared wavy rim and base have applied cast and hand chased vine and leaf pattern mounts.
