A pair of classic George II silver candlesticks of cast construction and in exceptionally fine condition. The sunken wells at the base of each are engraved with armorials. There are applied gadroon pattern mounts around each base. The sconces are removable. As one would expect, the hallmarks are stamped into the underside of the bases and there is a part mark on each capital and sconce.
