Antique Chinese silver card case beautifully hand chased in fine detail. ONe side features noblemen and priests dignitaries on horses
in a procession set against a scene crossing a bridge over a river and a background incorporating a landscape of trees a temple in the background. The hinged cover is decorated with dragons and foliage. The other face of the case is profusely decorated covered in bamboo against a mottled ground. The sides have a berry and leaf design.
The cover is released by means of a push-button mechanism.
