Pair of Victorian silver wine goblets and matching silver wine jug, housed in their original blue velvet-lined oak case. This beautiful and elegant set is hand engraved in fine detail with foliage, grapes and vines while the interiors of the jug and the goblets are gilded.

George Adams was the most important manufacturer of silver cutlery in London and participated in the 1851 Great Exhibition and the 1862 International Exhibition. His name is synonymous with quality silverware.

The original oak case, with its fitted lock and swing handle, is original and in excellent presentation condition.
