This substantial quality Victorian silver tray, made by Gibson & Langman for The Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, has a pierced and flared gallery rim and two cut-out handles. The gallery is beautifully hand-pierced and engraved, while the usable surface of the tray has been left plain.
This would make an excellent silver trea tray to suit a smaller four-piece silver tea set or a Victorian three-piece one.
