Attractive pear-shaped silver coffee pot prettily engraved with bands of geometric brightcut decoration and bead pattern borders, while the spout and handle are similarly engraved. The silver coffee pot's domed lid is surmounted by an elongated acorn-shaped finial.
This is a lovely handmade silver coffee pot and the hammer marks from when it was originally beaten are still visible on the inside. The silver handle is fitted with ivory heat insulators in the handle to prevent it getting hot when in use and the elegant spout pours perfectly.
Note: Under the rules of the UK government's Ivory Act 2018, this silver coffee pot qualifies for an ivory exemption certificate. If required, the ivory parts may be replicated and replaced with an ivory substitute at no additional cost.
