Wonderfully heavy antique silver table bell in the Georgian style with flared panelled body and applied traditional husk and acanthus leaf motifs. This bell is heavily cast in sterling silver which is comfortable to hold and gives a beautiful and clear ringing tone.

Traditionally, silver table bells were used to call attention to staff during a formal dinner. In a less formal setting, table bells, also known as dinner bells or desk bells, can summon families to the dining room purely to indicate that dinner is ready.
