Antique, hand-forged silver cutlery in the Fiddle Thread & Husk pattern set for 12 settings. The pattern is a scarce early 19th century variant of the Fiddle pattern, not dissimilar to Fiddle Thead and Shell, but with the the distinguishing feature of a more elaborate "husk" shaped shell. The spoons and forks in this cutlery set show the more unusual thread pattern heel.

Most pieces pieces were made by William Theobalds & Robert Metcalf-Atkinson in London between 1830 and 1840 and the set comprises:

12 tablespoons
12 table forks
12 dessert spoons
12 dessert forks (1 x George Adams)
12 teaspoons
2 salt spoons (gilded bowls)

Since antique knives rarely survive, the set is completed with 12 pairs of modern matching dessert and table knives with stainless steel blades, making them dishwasher safe.
