Designed in 1915 by Johan Rohde, Acorn pattern is perhaps the most famous of Jensen's flatware patterns.

The original Danish name for Acorn is
konge which translates to king. The original name for Acanthus, the sister pattern to Rohde's Acorn design, is dronning which means queen.
